Livermore Valley Opera Bios
Jessica Siena (Rosalinda) debuts with LVO. She has performed throughout the country to critical acclaim, hailed by audiences and critics for her vocal artistry and dramatic presence. In 2009, she sang the role of Rosina in Stockton Opera Association’s Il barbiere di Siviglia. Other roles include Marie in New York City opera’s national tour of La fille du regiment, Giulia in La scala di seta with the Los Angeles Music Theater Company and leading soprano roles in Così fan tutte, Die Fledermaus, The Merry Wives of Windsor, Susannah, Don Giovanni and The Merry Widow. On the concert stage, Ms. Siena recently appeared as soloist in Brahms’s Ein Deutsches Requiem with the Stockton Symphony and sang the soprano solo in Mendelssohn’s Elijah with Stockton Chorale and Shostakovich’s Seven Songs for Soprano, Violin, Cello and Piano with the New Pacific Trio. Awards include: a national finalist in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, a finalist in the Loren Zachary Vocal Competition, and a first-place winner in the Palm Springs Opera Guild Vocal Competition. She lives in Stockton with her husband, Daniel Ebbers, and their six-year-old son, Nicholas.
